Header on each page
If 'Header on each page' is checked a small header is printed at the top of each page. The
header displays the page number and the complete filename of the file being printed.
Line Number
If this option is checked a number is printed in front of each separate line.
Wrap lines
Lines that are too long to fit on a page are wrapped to the next line if this option is
checked.
