Size of tab character
This option determines how many whitespace characters are used for displaying a single tab
character.
Display filename in window title
If this option is checked the name of the current file being edited is displayed as the
window title of the text editor.
Save changed files before compile
If this options is on then changed files are automatically saved before they are
compiled.
Create backup of file
The last version of a file is saved to a different file with the file extension .bak
before it is overwritten.
Smart indent mode
If this option is checked then the same number of whitespaces as the last line is
automatically added to a new line after pressing the ENTER key.
Smart end of line
Whitespaces characters at the end of a line are ignored if the END key is pressed.
Replace tab character with whitespace
If this option is on then all new tab characters are replaced by a number of whitespaces,
the option 'Size of tab character' determines the number of whitespaces.
Remove trailing whitespace while saving
If a file is saved all the whitespace characters at the end of a line are not saved.

Editor colors
The colors used by the text editor for drawing the gutter area, this is the area to the
left of the edit area, the line between the gutter and the edit area, the background and
the text can be chosen by pressing the appropriate buttons in this groupbox. If syntax
highlighting is on the text color is ignored. The color of the selected tab is used to
display the text in the tab associated with the file being edited.
Default colors
By pressing on this button the default colors for editor colors are restored.
Position of tabs
The tabs in which the filenames of the files being edited are displayed can be
positioned above or below the texts being edited.

Use syntax highlighting
If this is checked then syntax highlighting is used for displaying all files.
Syntax colors
The syntax highlight colors used for displaying the different prolog types in a
text can be selected by the eight buttons below the checkbox.
Default colors
By pressing on this button the default colors for syntax highlighting are
restored.
